Privacy
This page describes how CAPITOLO handles information submitted through this website. It is an early editorial version and will be replaced by legally reviewed wording before launch.
Information we collect
The CAPITOLO website currently offers a pre-launch waitlist. If you choose to join it, you may share:
— Your email address (required).
— The World that speaks to you most.
— The areas that interest you most (Care, Fragrance, Goods, Experiences).
— Who you would most likely buy for.
— The country you are based in, used only to understand geographic demand and possible launch availability. We do not collect city, address or postal details.
— Your consent to be contacted.
We do not collect any other personal information through this website.
How we use it
The information you share through the waitlist is used to:
— Manage the CAPITOLO pre-launch waitlist.
— Understand the interests of our early audience.
— Understand in which countries there is demand, so we can decide where CAPITOLO may become available first.
— Communicate relevant CAPITOLO launch updates, where you have given your consent.
Consent and communications
We only contact you if you have explicitly agreed to receive communications when joining the waitlist. Every message will offer a way to opt out, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@capitolo.world.
Analytics
CAPITOLO uses optional Google Analytics to understand website traffic and how visitors discover and explore the site.
Analytics is activated only after you give your consent. If you refuse, no analytics is loaded and no analytics data is sent.
You can change your choice at any time through the “Analytics settings” link in the footer.
No waitlist email address is intentionally sent to Google Analytics. Only non-identifying information, such as which World, interests or country were selected, may be recorded.
Data retention
We keep waitlist information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so promptly.
Data sharing
We do not sell your information. Waitlist submissions are stored using standard tools managed by CAPITOLO and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. If this changes in the future, this page will be updated before it takes effect.
Your rights
You may request access to the information you have shared with us, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time, by writing to hello@capitolo.world.
